The Orlando Magic are talking to the Knicks about moving one of their backup point guards Keyon Dooling or Carlos Arroyo. According to the New York Post the Magic are in a stalemate regarding these talks but Mr. Magic Brian Schmitz says that when he spoke to GM Otis Smith he was told that Smith wasn’t looking to move a point guard as he fears injuries would leave them vulnerable. I’m not in favor of moving one of these guys either unless it makes the Team better now and there’s no one on the Knicks that excites me too much. The consensus seems to be that Magic are not legit contenders and I strongly disagree with that. Wether they can beat the Lakers or Spurs in the finals is reaching but they can play with anybody in the East and have proven that with wins in Boston and Detroit.  The trade deadline is at 3 p.m. today so we’ll try to keep you posted.
