According to the official site of the Tampa Bay Rays the drama between all-star outfielder Carl Crawford and Delmon Young is over. I think not. Nice try Rays, the drama is not over though. Crawford basically squashed it by saying he would tell Young how it was face to face or whatever way he wanted it but this isn’t over. Young may have had no comment today but this is far from done. Judging by the type of people they are, Young thinks he’s tough, this isn’t going to stop anytime soon. Delmon Young has a soft yet wanna be tough guy persona and Crawford is naturally tough and will react when necessary. Crawford only spoke truth, not trash, when asked about the clubhouse and Young immediately took offense, as would anyone who knows they’re wrong yet afraid to admit  it, about the situation. This tells me that Young is still a wanna be thug and Crawford is acting natural. Sorry to Young fans, which I am talent-wise, but this shows why the Rays got rid of him and we all should be glad for it. If Garza never works out and Young becomes a superstar it doesn’t matter because the Rays were right here. As much as that us true the Rays trying to spin this as if it’s over is funny! It’s not over Rays, not matter how much you want it to be. Let’s keep watching this as it’s bound to get ugly.
