Not a whole lot for the Bolts but here’s what I found today….

  •    The team has sent defenseman Andre Roy home. It appears the Bolts have suspended Roy for a week with pay after his emotional outburst last week. It’s been talked about now that the problem was not necessarily Roy exploding on the bench, but he would not and could not be calmed down in-between periods. That is a slight anger problem!
  •    There is clamouring from Damian Cristodero over at Lightning Strikes that new owner to be Oren Koules should be talking. I’m curious to hear what Mr. Koules has to say about the future of the Lightning in Tampa, the teams Stars and other things but it appears that commissioner Gary Bettman has asked Koules to keep quiet until the sale is final. Hope this gets resolved soon, the season hasn’t been much fun as it is.
